Olivia walked up to the rooftop with tears in her eyes, everyone had lied to her, they were constantly lying to her, people she thought would tell her the truth was withholding it, it was painful, it was saddening.

She hated it here, she wished she had not come back, her parent had told her lies, and were still lying to her face, Chloe and Lawrence knew but didn’t tell her, and just now, she had found out there were more things she didn’t know about.

“Ah!” She shouted out in pain as she got to the rail of the rooftop, she felt a great ache in her chest, her breathing became heavy.

“Do you need a drink?” A voice asked behind her and she quickly turned, startled by the voice only for her eyes to fall on a young man who stood in the moonlight holding out a bottle of wine to her.

She didn’t glance at his face, he looked like a nuisance and she wanted to be left alone. “I don’t want company.” She glanced away from him. “You should read the room.” She added and ignored him.
