Chapter 16

Ashley felt as if she was on an edge of a cliff as she waited for Jake to arrive. For a second, she couldn't believe what was about to do, but at the same time, she was excited, the thrill made her giddy. But then, she remembered that she was no longer living alone, "F**k!" She whispered-yelled as she rushed to her phone. As she quickly tried to dial Jake's number, something suddenly hit her window, causing startling her. 

"What the hell," she mumbled before something hit her window again as she gasp before rushing for the nearest object. Taking slow and cautious steps to the window, Ashley then terrifyingly opened the window causing something solid to her hit in the head as she moaned in pain.
