Wrapping my arms around her, I held her close to my chest as I relished the feeling of having my baby girl in my arms after sixteen long, horrific years. Tears gathered in my eyes, threatening to spill at any moment. I quickly wiped them away before they could fall, not wanting drops of blood falling from my eyes to freak her out. I haven't cried since I found Olivia's body that day. My sweet girl was holding on to me tightly as if I'd disappear if she didn't.
