Chapter 48

After my underwater tour with Ezra, I made my way to the drinking lounge where I found everyone sitting and waiting. I caught them up on everything that went on before opening up the large container of cookies as Crimson got me a drink.

"I think we should start thinking about finding somewhere else to go stay." Lucien states.

"I agree." Beau pipes in.

Sitting down on Crimson's lap sideways, I wrap my arm around her shoulders and lay my legs over Lucien's lap as we all sat on the couches around the room.

"We could go back to our special spot." Salem suggests.

"We want to all stay together this time and there's just not enough room. We were already pushing it as it was." Lucien replies with a frown.

"We could camp outside?" Beau suggests and the other boys laugh.

"Too dangerous there at night." Levi tells him.

"We could try going back home?" Crimson says.

"I like that idea." I say pulling her close and kissing her cheek.

"That is literally the dumbest of them all." Levi cuts in rolling
