Chapter 17

Amanda headed back to Eric's home to meet James. While on her way, she wonders how James might be feeling and what he was doing. Immediately the cab driver stopped at Eric's gate, she quickly rushed into the house to find James, when she got to the living room, there wasn't a trace of James, it looked like he hasn't ever shown his face.

"Where is James?" She asked one of the domestic staff, looking around eagerly for him and forgetting that he likes the comfort of his room.

"He must be in his room, he refused to come down for breakfast nor talk to anyone including his father," the domestic staff said which got Amanda more worried.

"Do you have any prepared food left?" Amanda asked the domestic staff with the thought she would be making James come down to have breakfast.

"No," the domestic staff replied and Amanda said.

"Please prepare breakfast for James, he would be coming down soon to have his breakfast," Amanda instructed and climbed up the stairs. She smiled before she softly knoc
