We Hit It Off

The handsome man leads me to the entrance of the hotel where I'm staying. So I guess he isn't staying here after all. I can still feel his warm big hand around my waist. People stare at us as we walk. They follow our every step and then whisper to someone close to them,

"I guess they are still not over with our little show at the bar," I whisper softly to the man beside me. Then he leans his face near my ear and says,

"Nope, they are looking at you because you are so damn gorgeous. That's why I had to give you my jacket, to reserve your body solely for me," then he chuckles.

This man is a man of humor. He knows the right words to say, and he knows the right thing to do.

"You and your flattery never end, Mister," I pick up my face to see if he would chase me, but even before I could outrun him, he pulls my arm closer to him, with my side to his chest, and his arm now locked to my shoulder.

"You said anywhere with me, lady," he confirms.

"Indeed, now where to," I throw his remarks back
