Chapter 8: Nowhere to be found

Sebastian’s POV

It’s frustrating that she knows too much. I tossed and turned in my bed after her vain try to get to me. What disturbs me is how my body reacted to her closeness. Why, why, WHY!

Groaning, I tossed again; hoping to calm down enough to catch some sleep. I can’t believe my dad too. Why was he going over the board for her? He even enrolled her in the Elite school? It wasn’t necessary. He wasn’t like that so there should be an ulterior motive behind his action. But what it could be?

Could it be possible that he wants me to coerce her?

My heart raced and I stilled in my bed; hand that was covering my eyes fell to my side.

No! That’s not it. He wouldn’t have waited for so long. It was so like my father to come and order me right away; then why now?

Is he planning to adopt her?

My eyes grew wider than possible!
