THE DARKNESS

As morning came and the clock struck 7 AM, Morana spent the night waiting for the rain to stop, even though nothing would change even if it stopped.

Apart from that, Morana also tried to call Quirino, but, she couldn't dial his number, her call was always busy.

What's wrong with Quirino? Because it was unusual for his cellphone number to not be able contacted, Morana had sent messages many times, but none of them had been answered, let alone that, even all day yesterday after the last time they spoke, Quirino had not even contacted her.

Morana realized that when she was in trouble like this, Quirino was the first person that came to her mind. Quirino is the person Morana will look for if she reaches a dead end.

But, why does Morana always have thoughts of leaving Quirino? Wouldn't her life be fine if she accepted Quirino?

Or had it been Morana herself who had complicated her life?

All the 'if', 'what about', and other thoughts overlapped in Morana's head, giving her a headache.
