The Blazing Hunt

“Do you think this would work?” Kester uttered, looking at his boss who was sitting on his chair. His pernicious sapphire eyes were peering at that glass of water placed in front of him.

“I mean you know how stubborn she is. She would be willingly starve herself to death then to accept her defeat in front of you,”

He wordlessly heard Kester's every word while continuing fixing his gaze on that glass of water until

“Especially when she hates you now,” hearing those words of Kester, he snapped his eyes upward at him.
