The Pain Of Silence

The car halted in front of her home which made Flora step out of the car. As soon as she stepped outside, she saw her father and uncle Dario standing at the door, waiting for her. Their gazes were glued at her.

Automatically tears brimmed in her eyes, as soon as she saw her father. She couldn't even tell through words what she was exactly feeling at that moment. Without wasting any further second, Flora ran towards her father and hugged him as tightly as possible. Flora broke down into tears in her father's arms which made Riccardo wrap his arms around his child securely and protectively. He finally felt that relief of having his child in his arms, safe and secure.

No words came out of their mouths because at that moment that father and daughter just needed to embrace each other. That father needed to securely cage his child in his arms whereas for the child, she needed her father's embrace to feel safe, secure and alive.
