Torin had to fight the urge to flee the entire walk down through the castle, the groups had grown in both size and number and each went silent as he walked past just for the whispers to explode behind him. What was he going to do? He had been in some awkward situations before but he had never gotten himself into this kind of trouble, and this time he actually was innocent. By the time they made it to the cells, he knew the entire castle would believe he was behind Ember's disappearance. They marched him right to the first cell and one threw open the door while the other shoved him inside with a low growl.

“You will pay for whatever happens to the future Luna. You have no idea what you have wrought upon yourself.” The one who growled spat out in disgust. The other guard simply nodded in agreement and slammed the door shut.
