Samantha sat quietly in the car and glanced out through the window. She wasn't ready to talk with him. She was supposed to handle things alone. She had to show Eliot that she wouldn't allow him treat her like that, but it seemed she was too weak to even protect herself.

" You need to prepare yourself for the shooting of the series. You know that your life won't stop just because of the baseless accusations. And Sam, please don't worry about Eliot, let me deal with him. By tomorrow everything shall be fine," Karl said.

Karl got out and held his hand out for her. The two climbed into the elevator silently till it stopped at the last floor.
