Chapter 160: Had A Taste.

James carried Laura back to the bathroom and put her in the bathtub that was already filled with warm water. Although she was still in a daze, she couldn’t help but sigh comfortably as her muscles relaxed.

“Won’t you join me?” Laura asked James, who was about to leave her alone.

“I’ll be back in five minutes,” he said to her as he went to the bedroom. He stripped the bed and put on new covers and threw the soiled ones in the washing machine. After making sure that they could sleep after their bath, James went back to the bathroom and joined Laura in the bathtub.

Laura made room for him and James sat down behind her and made her lean against him and wrapped an arm around her waist for good measure. Laura rested her head on his chest and closed her eyes comfortably.

“How do you feel?” James asked her.

“I’m kinda upset,” Laura answered after a long moment of silence.
