Chapter Twelve

Harvey's POV

I was having that dream again.

I found myself walking through the same quiet and desolate forest at night, dressed in nothing but a sleeveless white flimsy dress that barely covered my knees. I wrapped my arms around myself, rubbing my forearms to try and create a little bit of warmth.

The forest was so cold that I could see my breath in the air. I heard rustling behind me and I turned back sharply, glancing around for signs of anything weird or perhaps; the scary red-haired woman.

When I saw nor heard anything, I turned back around and resumed walking again. I had barely taken two steps when I heard a strange sound that sounded like the flapping of huge wings.

I felt a whoosh of air from above and I looked up to see a huge black bird fly over me and perch on one of the dead looking tree branches directly in front of me.

I gulped slowly as the black bird that I assumed was a raven folded it's wings and stared right at me with it's pitch black haunting eyes
