Leah pressed the bell button once she reached Damon's house. The house was medium with a beautiful garden around it. It was more than enough for two people to live. The door was opened by Damon who was dressed casually.

"Miss Leah."

He called her name with a smile on his face..his eyes were sparkling with joy as he looked at Leah. Leah looked away once she made eye contact with him. She was perfectly aware of his liking towards her. A woman can easily detect a man's gaze. Whether it is love or lust.

"Please, come in." He said and stepped aside for her to walk in. She faintly smiled before entering the house. She was about to take off her shoes at the entrance when she saw a shoe cabinet near the door but he didn't let her.

"Here...Thank you for the scarf." Leah handed him the paper bag. "Oh, you didn't have to give it back to me. I bought it for you." He said and Leah paused. She looked up at his face and he had a hurtful expression on his face.

"I didn't know." She sa
