"He hates me because I did not answer the call that day," Anastasia murmured and put her palms on her eyes.
"He doesn't hate you. He likes you, Ana. It's because you did not answer the call that day. That's why he is angry. Alex's parents rarely lived with him in the past because of the business. He lived alone in this big house. When he met Hamish, he found a sibling in him and his death broke Alex," Stavors briefed her.

The burial ceremony for Lucas was performed in the evening. Alex had bought the land for his father-in-law, where he could rest in peace. Katherine had to leave because of urgent work. She told Alex to keep informing her. The sky started to turn dark and it thundered. The clouds had gathered in the sky.
