His to own

•FREYA•

His cold frame stood leaning on the door of the creamy white room, his gray eyes staring at me, eyes unmoving as he stared at my small frame back in the bed, he studied my every move and every heartbeat like I was a specimen he had never seen before, I felt myself squirm from his gaze,

“ What is your name?” he asked coldly, staring at me for answers, my head still felt like a ton of bricks had been dropped on it, the last thing I wanted to do was tell this monster my name “ where am I?”

A bit of silence. Before I heard him sigh “very far from your coven” that was the only thing had said to answer my question, fair enough I didn’t even answer his. He was still waiting for me to say something, at least give him a name to put on a strange face, I was surprised he didn’t just ask Julian for my name when he took me away

“ I do not want to be here” I broke out from my parched lips, Which felt like I had swallowed dry chalk, dragging the blanket to cover my frame, turned out I only was wearing a large white shirt that almost reached my thigh level, my head still ached but I looked around me to see if I had been touched.

The dirt on my body had been cleaned but I hadn’t been bathed, and there was no smell of soap on me, it calmed my heart that I had not been defiled.

“ I said let me go home!” I ordered louder to the wolf who just looked at me “ who are you anyway? What do you want with me? Why don’t you just kill me?”

I raged coming down from the bed, my feet groaned as they reached the cold floor I tried not to visibly wince, I reached for the first thing I saw, it was a glass vase saw sitting near the cabinet picking it up, I threw it to the wall near his head, I knew making a ruckus might spite him enough to get tired of me and send me back home, just maybe.

But I didn’t expect the large hand that had grabbed me by the nape and pushed me against the wall, his growl resounding in the dark quiet room, my back hit the wall taking the breath out of me, I was confused about how he reached my part of the room In seconds, his dark hair falling on his face as his grey eyes turned a red hue for a few seconds

“ you have a lot of nerve of acting like this after what you had done darling” he called with no him of amusement in that ‘darling’ instead sounded like a threat filled with venom

“ you do not know the number of people that want you dead, so I suggest you keep quiet and act like my slave!” he snarled

“ what? What do you mean your slave?” I called, I was more concerned about being his slave than the large hands around my neck,

Instead, I felt something other than fear, our eyes met at that moment, and I could hear his harsh breath as his face was inches away from mine, his red lips formed tightly in a line as stared at me like he was studying my breathing too, his grey eyes met my green ones and I felt like I was lost in a trance.

I knew he could hear how loud my heartbeat was, he instantly had lengthened the space between us to a good few feet, pushing himself off me as he moved away back to the door.

He walked to the large door opened it up, taking one last look at me, “you are not going back to your coven darling, you are my property now, be sure to obey or your will get yourself killed”

He called before he walked out of the room closing the door with a click but there was no sign of a lock, But I knew better than to be rash and open that door.

I didn’t dare risk it, it may be a trap set by the werewolf devils, the coven had taught us never to ever trust them, I needed to get out of her, I needed an escape.

I took a look around the large room decorated with high-end furniture, from what the elders had told us, I thought they lived in rabid holes and didn’t wear clothes, I thought they were savages,

To me they still were, they had caused my father’s death even if the handsome stranger wore normal clothing and his voice felt like a cool summer breeze I couldn't be distracted, they are evil and still my enemies,

and me being here and becoming a slave to a race I despised, was something I didn’t dare want to imagine what horror they do to their prisoner

My gaze riveted to the large window on the wall which I immediately ran to, opening it up to get hit in the face by a gust of wind that had me reeling back, my heart sinking at the sheer thought of the steep drop down.

I knew by the size of this room I was in a big place but nothing prepared me for the view, I was in a tower, almost six floors up, and even with vampire powers I still would have broken bones, but to my bad luck, I was powerless, and I was sure to fall to my death if I had attempted to jump from there.

“ shit!” I muttered backing away from the window and closing it my body shuddered violently, I was still in such little clothes and the wardrobe was empty,

My eyes moved to the door, but remembered the hands of the alpha wrapped around my neck from his assault earlier,

My hand moved to my nape quickly as my brain clicked. he had touched my nape? Yet I didn't feel the burning sensation, he touched me but I didn’t back away from his touch.

Who was he, and what was the reason I felt so drawn to him, why am I drawn to a wolf?
