It wasn't until evening that I left Daniel's room and it was because I got a text from my dad to meet him in the living room.

"Do you have to go?" Daniel groaned as I attempted to get to my feet.

"What do you seriously expect? We've been together for the last five hours. I got a text from my dad." I sighed, "don't worry if I can, I'll sneak in here and we will spend the night together."

"Uh, best trip ever, this is the kind of work I love to do, getting paid while doing nothing but spending time with the woman I love the most." He leaned forward to try to kiss me when his phone also notified him that he had just gotten a text. "It's your dad and he wants me downstairs as well."
