"What are you going to do?" I asked with a grin, wondering if she would just watch.
"I am just going to observe you," answered Delilah with a smirk.
Yep. She was just going to watch.
I stood in the clearing, willing my mind to calm and settle. Focusing on my breathing, I took slow, deep breaths to steady myself. As a shifter, I could manipulate and transform into different forms, channelling the energies of nature and the elements around me. But today, I would have to push my limits. Again.
