He secretly hoped Henry would give up on Lydia and get together with Chansey. However, he believed that it was impossible.

"Stop kidding!"

Chansey did not believe him.

"Alright, I promise Henry will be fine, okay?" Jeffery said. He could not reveal Henry's identity anyway.

"That's more like it!" Chansey went back to her room, satisfied.

Since her father made her a promise, Henry should be fine.

'What a silly girl.' Jeffery smiled wryly.

On the other hand, Lydia had gotten so drunk at the Riverside Restaurant that she could not sit still.

"Mr. Rothman, I've finished the five glasses of wine. I am counting on you for the loan," Lydia said.

"Don't worry about it!

"That's a piece of cake. I'll approve it as soon as I get back tomorrow." Daniel chuckled.

"But tonight, we must drink happily.

"There's still a bottle of wine. We'll each drink half of it. After you finish it, I will approve the loan."
