Ruby lifted her gaze to see who held her hand, it was Jaxon. He finally came.

“Let me go” she grunted, wriggling her wrist out of his hold.

“What did you want with me?” She asked as she wanted to leave his presence as soon as possible.

“What were you doing with that man?” He grilled instead as Ruby scoffed inwardly. How was that his business if she was with someone?

“And how's that any of your concern?” He retorted with furrowed brows.

“We're only married by papers, how I live my life and how I want to live it is none of your business!” She fired at him as she felt he had no right to ask about Kevin.
