"She wants to see you," Dim told me as I puffed the last bit of my ciggeratte. I knew I was stinking of alcohol and ciggeratte but I didn't give a fuck.

"What for?' I asked flatly while squashing the searing end with my finger and thumb. It didn't hurt. It couldn't hurt.

"She wants to clear something," he answered. I scoffed. What was there to clear about? Everything was clear like a day. She was a heartless betrayer. A fucking liar. And no explanation can change this fact.

"I think you should see her once," Dim suggested in a calm and composed tone. I was baffled. Why did he want me to see her? She was a fucking enemy who tried to harm our alpha. How could he be so nonchalant about it?

"You sound like you sympathize with her," I cast him a sharp glare and retorted. His features remained schooled in a neutral expression.

"I have no sympathy for her. I think meeting her once wouldn't do you any harm considering she might get a death sentence very soon," he explained. M
