Chapter 8

Solana's POV

I was scrolling through my feed when I saw Olivia Larkin's post.

I felt bitterness surge in my system when I saw her picture with Alton. Olivia's head is resting on Alton's chest while Alton is in deep sleep.

I swallowed hard and then forced myself to scroll but I kept on coming back to Olivia's post. I even zoomed the picture to check if it is Alton and when I realized that it was him my chest tightened.

"Are you okay?" my phone slipped from my hand when I heard Kris's question.

Kris picked up my phone and then take a quick look before handing it to me.

"What's happening?" she asked looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Nothing," I responded then took the phone from her hold.

Kris looked at me with furrowed eyebrows then after a while she let out a deep breath.

"Okay," she responded.

"The shoot will start in five minutes," she informed me so I nod my head.
