SHANBRI POV

The cellphone fell from my hands while I was stunned into nothingness and my hands were cold and my legs were numb.

"Hey! Are you planning to destroy my cell phone huh? I will leave you here now, pathetic b*tch!” Kate snorted and bumped my shoulder before leaving with a smirk on her lips.

I just hugged my own arm and raised my eyes to stop the impending tears that wanted to escape from my eyes.

"Come with me," I heard a cold and baritone voice from the man I had been looking for.

I returned to my trance and let myself drift while he held my arm tightly.

I don't know where we're going but my body can't resist because it's like electricity is flowing from his body and my veins are on fire when he just touches my arm.

"What are you doing here? Who is with the children at home? Why did you leave them there alone?” he asked one after another when we arrived at the garden of their mansion.
