Fifty Nine

"I need to understand what you are saying..." Mr Williams said struggling to stand up. "You have a contract marriage with her?" He looked from his son to Abigail.

"Yes. She is paying me to be her, actually… act as her husband. Out marriage would come to an end after five years." Marcel answered.

Abigail was in shock.. she couldn't understand why he was doing this. She tried to meet his eyes with hers, but he avoided it looking elsewhere but her.

"Wow. This is huge." Sophia said excitedly.

"First, you get married without our notice and now, you are saying it's only a marriage of convenience, a contract! She is paying you to deceive the world!" Mr Williams growled at his som, his walking stick shaking hazardously.

"She's paying me A Million Dollar, how could I reject that."

"Shit! A million dollar?? Oh my fucking God, that could buy a mansion and even a car. And ohhh... my goodness." Sophia shouted calculating the money with her fingers.
