C H A P T E R 38 - Elijah.

MIdnight came and it went, and it didn't seem like there was any hope of anyone going home just yet. I was starting to feel my own exhaustion set in, and in all honesty, I wanted nothing more than to go home. I knew that it was something that wasn't possible at this point in time, but there was nothing that I could do about it. I only wished that I would somehow be able to chase all of them home. After all, what more could they have to do here? Yes, all of them were laughing and socializing with one another, but since when would they not be able to do that tomorrow, during the day? Why did it have to happen now?
