The look in his eyes was looking rather scary to Lillian, and she wondered immensely who he was.

He didn't reply to her when she asked, so she tried to think back to all the faces she had seen in her entire life, but his didn't ring a bell. His last statement also increased her curiosity, leaving her to continue wondering who he was.
