When they Miscarried

She was prettier in person and had very beautiful eyes. It was a shame she cannot walk. The brightness in them made him realise she was a dreamer. Definitely not a match.

His gaze on their own slipped to her mouth when they spread into a warm smile. Along with her lips, her eyes smiled too as though she was genuinly happy to see him. She was......strange.

"Hii," she said sweetly and pushed herself forward to get down. Nick watched her with a flicker of disappointment as she struggled to even stand. And his dad wanted her to rule mafia alongside him. How would she ever protect herself from his enemies if she can't even stand.

"Let me," Nick bent and lifted her in his arms. Staring ahead, he carried her inside the restaurant and settled her down in the chair. He failed to notice awe in Angela's eyes. The man took the chair across from her and sat down.

A few moments passed in awkward silence. The waiter arrived to take orders.

"Wine for me," he looked over at Angela with his steel

Then why he was visiting her on her ovulation days to humiliate her, I am really fed up of supporting Nikolaus the more I know their past story the more depressed it makes me for Nikolaus
