Chapter 143

Ashley was filled with curiosity and at the same time fearful that things might go wrong. She continued to stare blankly at her phone still thinking if it was a good idea or not to go, she slowly sat on her bed still engulfed with curiosity, she planned to tell Alex but discarded the idea that if it was George, then she couldn't possibly put him in harm's way.

She quickly washed up and dressed up rather casually, she put on a flowered maternity gown Alex had bought for her recently accompanied by a scarf to cover her hair and sunglasses.
