Hybrid Mate

Mess, a big mess it is. Devika is a witch, which she was unknown about until yesterday. The news was just too much for me to handle, I have heard of such cases where even in our kind, werewolves are late springs who learn about their wolf or powers after a long period of time. And, my mate is one of them from her kind, hybrid.

“We have a hybrid mate. Wow.” Hunter said smiling widely learning the fact.

“Why are you excited about it?” I questioned not understanding his excitement as for me it is very normal. She is still my mate, that too the one I chose, and the one who chose me as hers. She is still the same for me just with some added powers and identity.

But, it was the opposite in the case of Hunter, “Why should I not be? Having a hybrid mate is exciting. I would get to see a new her with the tinge of our still, old Devika.
