Thea made her way out of her office wincing at the daylight hitting her face. She had been camping inside her office since their poker night two days ago. Lucian’s strict working schedule made it hard for them to cross paths often.

Not that she has any problem with that. In fact, if she was being honest, she had been studiously avoiding him.
