Ava's POV:

I grumbled lazily when I felt something clammy running along my face and neck. I shooed it away, but it came again. Hearing a chuckle in the distance, I huffed and opened my drowsy eyes. The first thing, I noticed was a ball of cotton sitting on my face.

I rubbed my eyes and shrieked loudly. A beautiful Pomeranian puppy was sitting on my chest, almost on my face, looking at me with her doe eyes. A big smile adorned my face looking at the fur baby. The sleep dispersed from my eyes. The puppy licked my face, making me giggle.

“ Well, now it's a good morning,” an amused voice called from the door. I look up to see Alpha Xavier standing at the door was a real smile on his face.

“Good morning, Alpha Xavier,” I mumbled, still smiling like an idiot.
