His Red Room

Davina's Pov:-

I swallowed the lump that formed in my throat while staring into his mesmerizing eyes, Do something and get out of here, Davina. My subconscious kept yelling in my head. I couldn't tear my eyes away from his, they kept moving to his inviting lips to his hypnotizing eyes.

Stop! I yelled inside my mind and tried to get out of the trance, I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

"I-I need to put this file in my room," I said and turned back, he quickly grabbed my arm and spun me around. I gasped at his action,

"Running away?" he whispered into my ears, his lips brushing against my earlobe making my body shiver with desire.

"N-No," I stuttered while looking at his face, and swallowing hard at his closeness. He stared into my eyes, searching for possible lies but I kept a blank face. His hand moved towards the file and grabbed it, he pulled it out of my hold and held it in his hand. I glanced down at the file and my heart began beating rapidly against my ribcage in anxiety.
