Eleven | A Question

We were back home.

It was around nine. She looked really fatigued with the day's events. I wasn't exactly tired. Unlike Nerd Goenka I had always been much for active in travelling and partying.

She went directly into her room throwing her handbag on the floor. I had realised that Akanksha's mood would really go from bad to worse when she was tired. Like a good boy, I picked it up and placed on the sofa.

" Are you fine? ", I asked as I walked in, she was lying on the bed still in those clothes.

" Yes.. Yes I'm fine. It seems like I did too much work today. Could you just get me some water? ", she asked.

I immediately got some water in a glass and handed it to her.

She sat up, heaving a sigh, and sipped on the water.

" Thank you so much. ", she said looking at me gratefully.

" You are welcome. ", I said with a subtle smile and turned to leave.
