Twenty - Part II

Akansha's Point Of View:

He left for London the very next day. Now, I was left alone in the huge house. Truly, I loved him too much. Loved him so much that I let him go.

As I sat in the balcony sipping my coffee I could clearly remember him. His presence was itself so enriching, so entertaining.

I did not Love Anirudh. I could never love anybody except him, but I left him. I left him because I did not have a choice. Just then the door bell rung as I immediately walked up to the door to find Anirudh.

"Oh! Hello my dear.", He said with a smirk I knew well enough.

I just nodded and let him in.

"Look your divorce papers are here.. sign them and send it to Neil. Or you know the consequences, I hope.", He said throwing the papers on the table as he sat on the sofa. I sighed.

I was so helpless. So very helpless.

I nodded and walked back to him. He handed me a pen and I signed the papers.

"Good girl.", He said with a wicked smirk as I felt tears welling up in my eyes.
