“What do you mean by ‘You love my money’? Antony, don’t assume that just because your family is rich doesn’t mean that everyone only yearns for your money.” Crystal argued, her eyes narrowed in disbelief of how could the man think of her in such way? Although, money isn’t really the real reason why Crystal approached him, it’s because of her mission and her ulterior motives. But none of her motives includes trying to marry him to rob his family of endless wealth which will probably never happen in Crystal’s years of her youth.
“Are you not? Aren’t you here to gain financial support for your family? How does it feel, Carmilla, to know that your family is only using you as a tool for marriage? Marrying someone who you don’t really

A few minutes later, Crystal managed to clear Antony’s busy schedule slate clean with the help of Angelica. But as much as Antony dislikes the thought of leaving unfinished work behind for his own leisure, he dislikes the fact that he doesn’t have a choice. After all, he wouldn’t want his sister to be sad... Rather, he doesn’t want to get a scolding from his mother if ever he doesn’t follow his sister’s orders. Not to mention ‘Carmilla’s’ which would be all the more unfortunate. On Angelica’s side, however, she simply gave Crystal a thumbs up along with a wink. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure that no one will bother the two of you. I&rsq
Crystal dragged Antony to buy the entrance tickets, much to Antony’s dismay. Antony was fairly annoyed of so many things right now. The clothes, the new style, the dragging, all of those were very foreign to him. And he feels uncomfortable with it. But with Crystal around, he doubts that he’ll be able to leave this awkward situation anytime sooner. His expression of pure intimidation somehow no longer worked on the woman, as if she was immune to his aura of pure authority and power. In the end, it only made him look stupid. Being dragged around by the woman, blending in with many… people. The worst of them all is hygiene, he could lightly pick up some kind of foul scent from the people around him, sweating
After that slightly terrifying moment in the lion’s den, for Antony, at least. Antony and Crystal decided to get some corndogs for a snack. Although, Antony dislikes the idea of tasing something so oily and greasy, he couldn’t really say no to the girl. Although, he doesn’t know why he became attracted to such woman, he decided not to question. After all, she will be his fiancé, his future wife, regardless if he likes her or not. As they arrived at the food court, Crystal was already in line for her snack. Antony rolled his eyes and sighed as he waited for her, he wasn’t really that hungry though, he had eaten a moment ago. It was really a question on how that woman gets hungry so fast, they are like 2 or 3 hours ago back at the café.
“Is there anything else that I could be of service to you, Young Master?” The manager asked, slightly sweating in nervousness as Antony kept a straight expression. He crossed his arms as his posture remained straight and perfect. “Nothing else, please leave us alone for some privacy. Should there be any more instructions, I’ll tell you.” He instructed as he glanced back at Crystal whom seemed to be engrossed in watching the elegant movement of the sea creatures. The manager vigorously nodded his head and hurriedly left the area, unwilling to possibly anger the man further when he himself couldn’t handle the consequences if ever that happens.
After their conversation and a few moments of appreciating these animals, they decided to leave the area. Since spending the whole day in the place no longer interests them. Anthony didn’t want to continue staying there anymore as well, after that conversation, they were in brief silence. On one hand, Antony refused to believe her words, yes, change is inevitable but not as fast nor as sudden as this. And judging from the level of her ‘change’ is kind of… off. Like something he doesn’t understand nor accepts to be. It’s impossible from his perspective, but he can’t really put a finger as to what. He doesn’t have the rights to accuse her of what, being someone else? A sudden transformation overnight? No, that’s not scientifically possible, unless
It was a matter of time before the sun finally sets, and only a small hue of orange could be seen on the vast. The clouds slowly dissipating as the darkness arrives, although the dark wasn’t unseeable, it was vivid with bright, twinkling stars scattered around the dark space. Crystal stood in silence while looking at the scenic view, there were not many people around due to the late time. Most people would dare not stay out for too long at night but for others, it was the most peaceful time of the night. “Why are we here?” Crystal asked, glancing over at the young man beside her. Question was evident in her eyes but she dares not to speak too much as her eyes kept focused on the
Silence took place at the once warming scenario, thoughts began to plague Crystal’s mind once again. Thoughts that are supposedly irrelevant but they just won’t stop appearing. No, this isn’t another guilt episode that she’s experiencing, it’s herself. What would become of her if she didn’t do this in the first place? Well, we all got to admit that running away from cops while carrying jewelries or breaking in guarded establishment sounds like a blast of adrenalin indeed. This mission isn’t as bad as the others were but something else other than worrying for physical well-being is what she keeps in thought of; it’s her conscience.
By the blissful breeze of the morning dew, the melody of the birds could be heard at the well-kept garden of the Dencio household. Although, as much as the peaceful morning brought calmness to those who witness it, the household itself was not as peaceful as it is outside it’s cement walls. “I am a very busy man, as you two may have already noticed, what do you two want?” Christian’s stern voice rang from the echoing walls of the grand living room of his villa, the exquisite furniture adoring the golden themed decors of the indoors. The area so big that it could fit more than a hundred people and still have the space to move around. But today’s agenda isn’t as r
