CHAPTER 60

LUNA POV

The cold breeze welcomes me as I went out of the house today. The weather is fine and it invites me to have a walk outside.

I saw Mrs. Fox coming with a basket in her hands.

"What's that Mrs. Fox?"

"Oh, dear, these are oranges, apples, and some bananas. There are fruit trees near the place. You might want some," she offered.

I nodded and she gave me an orange.

My eyes spark with joy as I look at the orange. I peel the orange and pull the orange segments then eat.

The orange was so sweet. Everything in this place was fresh and delicious.

I saw Enrico nearby. He was chopping the logs.

I've been in this place for five days now. I often see him around but he's not talking to me.

I'm not sure if he was avoiding me or what.

I asked Mrs. Fox about him but she refused to tell me. I wonder if he has a family, a wife or children.

He's been alone for so long years. I was looking at him when he turned to me.

"Good morning Enrico," I smiled.
