They continued the 8-hour journey to the hideout in silence.

Meanwhile, Sonya woke up in a dark room with what she assumed was a dirt floor around her. She was naked with shackles around her wrists. They were burning her skin so she assumed they were made out of silver.

Sonya started trying to look around and realized that this was the vision that the goddess had shown her. She began to panic and just as she tried to sit up the door opened and the light turned on.

“You!” She yelled at the person entering.

“Yep, it’s me love. Who were you expecting? Alpha Jake maybe?” Matt said with a smirk on his face.

Matt made his way into the room followed by David.

“I think we need to formally meet.” David said as he crouched down beside Sonya. “I am Beta David and this is Alpha Matt of the Blood Moon pack.”

Sonya felt the color drain from her face. She knew the Blood Moon back was
