Chapter - 18
Chris' POV
Kissing Ivy was unlike anything I'd ever ever experienced before. It was both hot and cold, sweet and spicy, calm and passionate at the same time. It ignited an inferno of passion within me, burning brighter with each passing moment as she wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me close. I obliged, wrapping my own arms around her waist and pulling her flush against him, so much so that there wasn't a slither of space between us.
She gasped lightly at the contact and I took that moment to plunge my tongue into her mouth, duelling with her own for dominance. She gave as good as she got, and I moulded my lips to her, kissing her with a passion I didn't know I possessed until then.
All I could think about through my Ivy induced haze was to mark her as my own and it wasn't long before my lips left hers to trail kisses down her jaw, finally reaching her throat.

Chris' POV It was two days after Ivy had gotten the responsibility to handle the preparations for the Imperial Ball and I was making my way towards the meeting room for our everyday run through of things.
