Chapter No 42

She answered the call expressionlessly, but inside her heart was beating so fast.

“Hello,” she said.

“I am coming to get you, where are you?” he said more like an order.

 “Roman, I am going home with Uncle Imran,” she lied.

“Dad is out of town for his work assignment,” his flat tone echoed through the phone's speaker. She stared at the phone for a while.

“Mr. Arrogant,” she muttered and hung up the phone.

Roman stared at the phone but he heard her last words. 

He dialed Sara’s phone.

“Hey, Roman, what made you call me at this moment?” asked Sara from the other side.

He chuckled.

“Don’t flatter yourself,” he said, irritated. He heard her laugh on the phone. “I need a favor,” he said.

“Whoa, famous Roman, need my favor,” she said, smiling.

 “Saira, it’s serious,” he said.

“Okay, Okay, I am listening,” she said.

“A someone whenever tries to talks they piss me off,” he said in the last sentence, annoyed.
