“Hold it…” Maura threw a heavy bag of makeup at me and smirked when I couldn’t catch it. After a moment, she turned around and resumed walking. Everywhere we went, the paparazzi followed us. Not that she was a famous actor, but because she was Scott Martinez’s fiancee. Everyone was hugely obsessed with him. The paparazzi would stop at nothing to catch one glimpse of him.

I pressed her makeup bag against my chest and followed her quietly. She was working on her next project as she was playing the role of Princess Aurora in her upcoming movie. Maura flew open the door of her car and slipped inside. She wore black glasses while her other hand stayed on the steering wheel. I climbed into the passenger seat and she started to drive.
