AUTHOR'S POV

She knitted her eyebrows in irritation when she felt something bright falling on her eyes.

She felt cold. The warmness was gone.

She rubbed her eyes and opened them slowly.

She blinked a few times to adjust to the sun's brightness coming from the window.

She looked beside her and sighed.

She knew. She knew he will leave once he will be sober and that's exactly what happened.

He left her. Alone.

She heard a knock and saw Disha standing there.

"Disha?" she said as she walked to the bed and sat beside her.

"Abhi Bhai is downstairs. Go and freshen up. I bought you something to eat" she said monotonously.

"Disha, are you angry?" she asked with sadness evident in her voice.

"Why do you care?" she asked back with raised eyebrows.

She doesn't like the way she was talking to her.

She was talking to her as if she was a stranger.

"You're talking to me like I am a stranger" she said looking down at her lap.
