Chapter three

Navmi's POV

I put on a black jeans which has slash on both knees and sleeveless blue cami top ,grabbed my phone,purse,and walked out of my room and headed towards Aryan's home.I rang the bell and one of the maids opened the door.I gave her a smile and walked in the living room.

"Hii Dadi "I greeted her and sat beside her.

"Hii Omi,  shall we go " she took my hand and we walked towards the park.

We sat on bench and saw kids playing, some of boys and girls  are running ,walking, giggling.

"So Omi do you like this city and you know right I'm  always  here when you feel alone okay".

She knows  about my childhood, my boarding  school, about  my parents and how I ended up in this city.

"I guess so, it's  been 2 weeks since I  came here".only in a week I'm very attached to her.

We were  talking  about everything  and anything when her phone  rang up.

"Hello Aryan".So that's  Arrogant Aryan.

"okay I'm coming ".

"Sorry I gotta go there's  something came up but I  promise I'll  make it up to you. "

"It's ok, let's get you to your house. "I told her.

We walked to her house, I rang the bell. But the person  who opened the door was the one whom I never  expected to see right now.

"Dadi where were you. "he eyed me from up to down. He always does that.

"To park. What happened why you called me so suddenly?" She asked with anger in her voice.

"Dadi you forgot you have appointment with your doctor. Now if don't  want to be late then step in and get ready we are already too late. "

Again he eyed me with anger and something  I can't decipher. His eyes held something which intimidate me and I feel vulnerable under his gaze.

"Omi will you not come ?" She requested me more than asking. I directed my eyes to Aryan who was looking at me with stoic face . 

"No,  I should  go otherwise you will be late".

" How  can I forget   about my appointment ? " She whined.

"It's  ok you should go for your checkup .I'll call you later after your appointment. Bye Dadi"

With that I walked out of their home without saying goodbye to Aryan. I was actually mean around him and I don't even know the reason why I do this.

Time Skip~

"Yes Mommy I just had dinner what about you guys. "

there's strict  rule which I have to follow that I had to call my parents atleast once in a day.

"Yeah we all had just finished having  dinner. How are your studies  going on? Is everything  good there and have you met Ashi recently?"

She started shooting questions on me. She knows about  how  close  I and Ashi are. She treats  Ashi like her own child even better  than me.

"Yes mommy everything  is perfect and Ashi is busy in her college  stuff, now she is senior ,so she has look up to her juniors and freshers party is around  the corner  so I haven't met her ."

All the seniors throw separate  parties based on our branch and since I'm  in different branch I haven't  seen her much these days .

I always share everything  to my mother she's also like my best friend but I don't  go too deep in conversation. I have told her about Aryan's grandmother  but not about Aryan because  of her overprotective nature. It's  not her fault  though, every mother will react like that after what happened  to me last year.

My parent's are not that rich but not too poor which is enough for us. I have two siblings Nysa she is two years younger than me and Aarthik is youngest of all. I and Aarthik are somewhat  similar but Nysa is little bit different, she has pale skin, brown hair and short in height,but I love her to death.

After talking  for sometime with my mother I cut the call and decided to call Dadi to check up on her.

"Um hello Dadi, did it go well? What did the doctor  say?. "

I literally feel like she is my own grandmother and I'm kind of emotionally attached to her in these few days.

"It was all good. You don't have to worry about me it's just routine checkup ".

Then we talked a little bit more and then I told her to take rest cause I was also tired.

After taking  shower I plopped down on my bed to continue  my series  'The Originals ' and dozed off to deep slumber.
