Aurora's Pov

I don't know what happened to me as I immediately stood up and took him into a hug with his head in my chest and my hands wrapped around his nape.

"It's fine to run out of the chaos; it's fine," I whispered while running my fingers through his hair. For the first time, I saw him in this state, like an ordinary one.

I always saw him, whether smiling at me or in his gloomy mood but hearing him, I felt hurt for that little kid who might have been terrified by his own mother.

On top of that, I saw him sweating profoundly in his sleep because of his nightmare. I even saw him crying and asking for help. Imagining two small kids going through nightmares because of their mother!

He was stunned for a few seconds before I felt him hugging me back with his hands wrapped around my waist as he pulled me more into him before burying his head in my chest. I felt his shoulder calm, but I could feel that he wanted to cry aloud.
