CHAPTER 9

Do I need to be upset or not? It's my fault; the egg's salt is to blame. I nearly missed the fact that I used too much salt.

Sir Xander raised one hand as if to stop me as I said, "I'm sorry Sir Xander, I'll just cook for you again."

He motioned toward the house's exit door and said, "Leave."

Is he asking me to leave? Oh, his mother hired me, therefore Mrs. Ferrer is the only one who has the right to fire me.

I laughed and mimicked him, "Fine but you go first."

He didn't say a word to me; he simply kept staring at me in the kitchen.

He stopped eating. "Why? Tsk, now that you're huge again, you can be who you really are. But?" I said. I look after Ferrer's son! I'm like his mother then, hayst. Since Sir Xander's chamber was unlocked, I was able to enter freely, but when I noticed that he was no longer sporting a t-shirt, my eyes widened.

I started to add, "There's adobo, so please eat it there Sir Xander, because that adobo was so wonderful I promise- wait, I told you to eat it--" but
