Flashback

Arthur’s POV

“I’ll have to pass, my wife is waiting for me back home.” Once again my co-workers ask me to come at the bar with them. I constantly decline as I’m not as I use to be but they won’t leave me alone.

“You can’t pass again Engineer. You said you’ll come next time well this is the next time. I’m sure your wife would understand.” the other engineer agree with Eng. Bella but I can’t take off my eyes with her hands on my arms. I told her many times not to touch me like that but she won’t listen.

“Fine, but I’ll go home after a few shots.” I said.

We were on the way to the bar and I was about to text Emily about my plan this evening but I notice that my battery died down and I have no way to charge my phone right now. I sigh and wanted to go home right away but my co-worker cornered me and I didn’t have a choice and come with them.

“Whoooo!” My forehead crease when we enter the bar and sit on the couch as Eng. Bella sat beside me and smile devilishly at me.
