Chapter 32

I opened my eyes to see Jared in front of me, he had a look of amazement, he smiled as soon as he saw me. I lifted my head to get a better look at him, my body felt sore, I opened my mouth to speak but what came out was a growl. My eyes widened and I recalled I was going through my first shift, I looked down to see my hands only to find silver-colored paws.

"You look stunning Mia" he said with a smile on his face

I wanted to speak to him but whenever I open my mouth what comes out is a growl or a whimper. I remember I could speak to my wolf but she has been awfully quiet since I woke up. Was she really there or I was dreaming? I thought I was dreaming to speak to myself. A chuckle in my head grabbed my attention and I focused to find out who it was.

'I am still here, you weren't dreaming' the voice said in my head, it sounded familiar

'Hope?' I asked

'See you remember my name too' she replied cheerfully
