CHAPTER SEVENTEEN.

ELEANOR’S POV.

Fear washed over me as my eyes landed on Diana, a big beautiful smile curling up her lips. She glowed on. She looked like she had changed a lot since I left. Her baby bump was out too. She was putting on a pink flay dress, her hair packed in a ponytail, her cheeks out since she added some flesh. She looked more beautiful than ever.

And was it weird that I felt a bit jealous? Was it weird that I wished I was in her shoes instead? Was it crazy that I would have wanted to end up with Lucien instead of being in this fucked up situation?

“Hi, baby sister.” She said so sweetly that one would think she was the good one and I the bad one.

Who would have thought she would ever have the guts to look me in the eyes and call me this again?

“You have no right to call me that.” I snapped at her, my eyes trying to pry through her skin. If looks could kill, then mine would have ended her immediately.

I’m sorry, but this is very difficult to read, given the poor translation. And repeatedly reading somebody is swallowing a “lump of saliva” is gross. I’ve never read that before.
