Kenzie's POV*few days later*Aiden has been slaving over paperwork all week. The rogues that were spotted near the boundary line were not seen again but he makes sure that I always have somebody with me when I go for a run or just want to walk around. Kenzie POVI walk my usual route through the woods as my throat hurts from not wanting to let the tears flow free. Aria keeps whimpering making it harder on me. Aiden's POVI'm pulling my shoes on when my phone starts ringing. "Hello." "What's taking you so long? You know how Eva gets about time management." I hear Derek speak and a chuckle leaves me. Kenzie's POVI pull the oversized hoodie over my head before hopping onto my bed and getting under the covers. I can't do anything because I don't have a phone anymore and I don't feel like watching movies. Me crying was not because my phone was probably ruined or anything but because he was not him. Kenzie's POVI zip up my bag before plopping down on my bed. "We need to get showered. I want to be with our mate."
