Chapter 19

Celia POV

Early the next morning.

Leon stayed home for breakfast.

At the dinner table, Jazlene offered to let Leon feed me.

I refused, but Jazlene insisted.

I thought Leon would never agree. But Leon just smiled, and then he actually cut the omelet on the plate into small pieces and fed it to my mouth.

In front of Jazlene, I had to open my mouth and eat it, and keep smiling.

Suddenly, my phone rang. I breathed a sigh of relief and rushed back to my room with my cell phone.

It was the principal of Westwood University calling.

He and I hadn't seen each other for a long time.

The principal exchanged pleasantries with me before cutting to the chase.

"Celia, next Monday is the graduation ceremony for your class. You, as the school's exceptional graduate, will be bringing your parents along for the graduation ceremony. We'd like both you and your parents to come up and give a speech and share your experience properly."
